Here are this week’s featured positions; we’re hiring three Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists in different locations, a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work remotely.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists – Chicago
In this position, you will act as the Main TA point person for our local Chicago team, implementing recruiting strategies to ensure a full talent pipeline. This includes sourcing and managing diverse candidate pipelines with active and passive candidates, by utilizing e-recruitment tools, including but not limited to Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, university sourcing, and social and digital media channels. You will oversee the TA process for Chicago while working closely with the Regional Team Lead to provide solutions and resolve any issues. You will collaborate with the Partners, Account Managers, Local Service Offering Leads and TA regarding issues, and you will recommend suggestions on ways to improve TA processes, metrics, and quality with local TA Specialists.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists – Seattle
In this role, you will act as the Main TA point person for our local Seattle team, implementing recruiting strategies to ensure a full talent pipeline. Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists – St. Louis
To succeed in this position, you will act as the Main TA point person for our local St. Louis team, implementing recruiting strategies to ensure a full talent pipeline. This includes sourcing and managing diverse candidate pipelines with active and passive candidates, by utilizing e-recruitment tools, including but not limited to Taleo, LinkedIn Recruiter, university sourcing, and social and digital media channels. You will oversee the TA process for St. Louis while working closely with the Regional Team Lead to provide solutions and resolve any issues. You will collaborate with the Partners, Account Managers, Local Service Offering Leads and TA regarding issues, and you will recommend suggestions on ways to improve TA processes, metrics and quality with local TA Specialists.
Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist
In this role, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition Leads to understand specific skill requirements and client needs. You will develop strong sourcing strategies to find the best candidates for their roles. You will also execute exceptional sourcing strategies and mechanisms to source talented candidates. You will be responsible for building strong networks in key functional areas and locations to keep a consistent pipeline of highly qualified candidates and provide recruiting support to leaders and professionals.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
In this position, you will schedule interviews and phones screens, as well as any additional assessments as appropriate for the roles, work directly with the Talent Acquisition team, candidates and hiring managers. You will update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, tracking all new hires in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team while working cross functionally with HR where needed. You will also provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email, track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly and monthly report, and coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings.
