Our CEO, Dave Rosevelt, signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ pledge to deepen our commitment to bringing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to all corners of our business.

The CEO pledge outlines a specific set of actions the signatory CEOs will take to cultivate a trusting DEI environment for employees. While creating a healthy and inclusive work culture has always been part of Centric’s vision, in 2020 we became much more active and engaged in DEI as a core component of our business.



Through this ongoing process of change, we’ve become more aware of each other and intentional about living out our company’s core values in ways that don’t only rest on the foundation of who we’ve been, they embrace a diverse vision of who we want to be now and in the future.
